2.1 Our Services

Glenrose Escorts provides a service that connects clients directly with models for companionship purposes.
The rates and charges listed on this site are for connecting clients to models, and applicable charges are for the model’s time only. Glenrose Escorts accepts no responsibility for how clients and models choose to spend the allocated time.

2.2 Products and Services

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the features, specifications, and details of the services available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the features, specifications, and details will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors. All services are subject to availability. Prices for all services are subject to change.

2.3 Payment

We accept the following methods of payment:

3. Bank transfer

Please note that we do not accept credit cards as a payment method.

We accept payments in most currencies but request that you notify us before attempting to make payments in currencies other than Pound Sterling, so that we can accurately calculate the payment conversion rate.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your orders, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel services ordered per person, household, or order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.

2.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable to orders placed by card payment or bank transfer and will only be issued under the following conditions:

1. A failure of the model to meet when agreed due to force majeure, where less than 24 hours’ notice was provided to you as the client.
2. The model does not meet your expectations as the client. In this event, you must notify Glenrose Escorts within 15 minutes of the arranged booking, so we can arrange an alternative model or a refund. This condition applies only where the expectations of the client are based on representations made by the model on our site. Unrealistic expectations will not entitle you to a refund.
3. You change your mind about a booking and provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Refunds will not be available after a booking has taken place and the service has been provided.

Any request for a refund for reasons other than those listed above must be discussed directly with Glenrose Escorts. We reserve the right not to provide refunds for any reason.

 

3   Specific Conditions for Models

3.1 Additional User Representations for Models

By applying to Glenrose Escorts to be featured on our website as a model, you agree that:

1. You are over the age of 18 and can provide supporting proof of identity documentation.
2. You are signing up of your own free will and volition.
3. You are willing to meet directly with a representative from Glenrose Escorts to be featured on the website.
4. You will submit professional photos which you have the right to copy and distribute, and which feature only yourself.
5. You are legally permitted to work in the country from which you advertise.
6. You are responsible for arranging to pay all duties, taxes, national insurances, or equivalent payments in your country.
7. You understand that Glenrose Escorts is an agency offering a platform for independent advertisement, and you are not considered an employee of Glenrose Escorts.
8. You agree to a non-disclosure agreement if you choose to work for Glenrose Escorts.

 

4   Disclaimer of Warranty

Under no circumstances shall Glenrose Escorts, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to users if any content uploaded by any user is held to infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights or any other rights.

Glenrose Escorts makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the quality, suitability, or authenticity of any content uploaded by users on this website.

Under no circumstances will Glenrose Escorts, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage of any kind, whether arising under contract, tort, or property damage.

If the User or Performer breaches these Terms and Conditions and Black Sapphire Escorts takes no action against the user, Glenrose Escorts will not be considered to have waived its rights to pursue in relation to the alleged or actual breach according to these Terms and Conditions.

 

8   Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any issues arising shall be settled by arbitration in the English courts.

Nothing in this clause prevents Glenrose Escorts from seeking injunctive relief in any country to prevent the infringement of laws.
